Delete your account

Elo Hell is operated by P&T Labs LLC. This page applies to the Elo Hell app on iOS, Android, and the web.

You can delete your Elo Hell account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

In the app

1. Open your profile (the avatar in the top bar) and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section, choose Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

That's the whole flow. You'll be signed out and your account is gone.

By email

If you can't sign in, email support@pandtlabs.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and do it for you.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (email) and connected Lichess / Chess.com handles.
• Every game you imported and everything derived from them: analysis, puzzles, opening repertoires, skill estimates, training history, and your streak.

All of it is removed at once; nothing is retained for later reactivation. Residual copies in server logs and backups clear on standard schedules, typically within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.

Deleting some of your data without deleting the account

You can delete parts of your Elo Hell data and keep the account:

• Individual games: open the Library tab, open a game's menu, and choose Delete. The game and everything derived from it (its analysis, evaluations, and generated puzzles) are removed together.
• Connected handles: open your profile (the avatar in the top bar) and disconnect a Lichess or Chess.com handle. The stored connection record is deleted; games already imported stay until you delete them.
• Anything else: email support@pandtlabs.com from the address on your account and tell us what to remove (for example your training history or skill estimates). We'll confirm and do it.

Data not covered by a partial request is kept while your account exists, as described in the privacy policy. Deleted items are removed immediately; residual copies in server logs and backups clear on standard schedules, typically within 30 days.
